As per list provided by L.M. Department khasra number available on record is “87/23/1” and “87/23/2”, in PAT_STS column on both khasra numbers it is mentioned as “G”, in village name column on both khasra numbers it is mentioned as “Rithala”, in DDA Land column on both khasra numbers it is mentioned as “Yes”, In Award Number column on both khasra numbers it is mentioned as “16/85-86”, Further in remarks column on both khasra numbers mentioned as “DDA formal possession taken over land”. Khasra number of the applicant mentioned in application/property’s document is “87/23”. GPA/ATS document of the applicant executed on 19.02.2024 i.e. postdate to 29.10.2019. In view of khasra report received from LM department, if agreed, as per office order dated 23.12.2021 file may be rejected. Submitted please.

Geo Coordinates of GIS Map is being shown 28,42’,31” N and 77,6’,1” E and Latitude and Longitude as per photograph uploaded by surveyor is showing 28,42’,31” N and 77,6’,1” E.
