In this case it is found that applicant name has been mentioned as “RAJESHWARI DEVI” which is entered by the applicant at the time of Reigstration in PM-UDAY Portal. However, in property documents and ownership details filled by the applicant in application form, owner name has been mentioned as “Sh. Ved Prakash S/o Sh. Dev Raj Singh”. Step-I of Registration available on DDA’s website under the following link “https://pmuday.ncog.gov.in/login -> How to apply -> Instruction ->PROCEDURE TO SUBMIT PM-UDAY APPLICATION AND OBTAIN YOUR CONVEYANCE DEED/ AUTHORISATION SLIP” provides as under: “Fill applicant details, property details, email ID and enter mobile number (may please ensure an active mobile number and an e-mail should be used for filing of application) and click ‘Submit’”. In view of above, file is submitted for kind consideration and if agreed, file may be rejected as Registration name and ownership name of the applicant are different. Submitted please.
